So Hubs apparently ate a lot of pretzel bread when he was in Amsterdam/Zurich so he got home and insisted he make some. I teased him about it, but then I ate some and it's dee-lish! I hope he makes some more, it's awesome with cream cheese.

First steak tacos of the season. . . .Bean wanted some too. :-) Can't say I blame him. It looks way better than breast milk or rice cereal.

You know you are getting older when your fridge is covered in birth announcements and "save the date" magnets.
p.s. Look how skinny I am in my honeymoon photo on the left! You'd think that would keep me from raiding the fridge. . .but it doesn't. :-)

So at Bean's 4 month check up the pediatrician was a little concerned that Bean still really wasn't holding his head up when he's flat on his tummy. Normally he just flattens out like a pancake, face plants, and screams. I wasn't too concerned because he at least does it when he's laying over a pillow. I put Bean down for tummy time today, just to see if he would do it. . . and would you look at that. . . .he just holds his head like it's no big deal. Just like that! It's like he said "Take THAT pediatrician, I'll show you!"

We took Bean's 4 month photos today. . . 4 months. . . wow. This was just one of my favorites, I got a couple really cute shots, I'm not sure how I'm going to pick one for the frame.
I have to give credit where it's due though, Hubs actually took this photo. . .but I made him smile :-)

Looking at this picture is a little surreal for me. . . . it honestly seems like yesterday Laura and I met for lunch and we were so flabbergasted at the fact a mutual friend of ours was pregnant and starting a family. We couldn't even think of the idea of having kids. That was 3 years ago. Now look at us.

Bean used to scream when we would dry him off after a bath, now he loves it! Such a silly little boy.
